Any Monterey County teachers in D.C. this weekend?

There's a rally going on this weekend in Capitol Hill to bring attention to education in the United States. It's called Save our Schools, and the marchers will read at 1:30 p.m. the groups demands: equitable funding for all schools and children, to put an end to high-stakes testing, and curriculum developed by communities.
