Trustees with the Washington Union School District are seeking candidates to fill the vacancy left by Sherry Blandon, who resigned in December.
The appointment would be effective Feb. 6 through November, when the next election is held.
People interested in being considered for the appointment must live in the district and be registered voters. They should submit a letter of interest, resume and completed application form.
Application for appointment may be requested by contacting Diana Palmer, Administrative Manager at (831) 484-2166. Deadline to complete the application is 5 p.m. Jan. 23.
